Dr. Jeanette De Witt, PT, DPT, LAT, ATC, PNMT-C
Dr. Jeanette M. De Witt, PT, DPT, LAT, ATC, PNMT-C is Wisconsin’s Leading Physical Therapist and Pain Specialist
Dr. Jeanette earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training degree as a University Scholar from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH in 1996. She earned her Master of Physical Therapy degree from Allegheny University of the Health Sciences in Philadelphia, PA in 1998.She earned her Certification in Precision Neuromuscular Therapy in 2012. She returned to school part-time via long-distance education and completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA in 2014. She is a native of Cincinnati, OH and moved to Kenosha, WI with her family in February 2012.
Dr. Jeanette has practiced in hospital-based and private outpatient orthopedic settings as well as skilled nursing and Division I athletics.During her 18+ year career, Dr. Jeanette has had the privilege of caring for a wide variety of clients: from school-aged children to retirees, from homemakers to business professionals, from weekend warriors to professional athletes.
Dr. Jeanette enjoys running, walking, cycling, weight-training, and yoga. She is passionate about learning how the body can heal itself through physical activity, essential oils, and proper nutrition. She also appreciates learning about American and biblical history. Dr. Jeanette is married to an encouraging, wonderful husband. Together, they have two daughters and enjoy spending time at local parks and community events.

Joelle is a caring coordinator of many administrative services for patients. She is happy to answer questions about our various services, scheduling options, payment options, and more!
Joelle is married with two beautiful girls and enjoys exercising on her mini- trampoline, cooking with her Instant Pot, reading, and relaxing with her cats.
Licensed Massage Therapist
Jamey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and became a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in 2015. As an LMT, Jamey believes in offering alternative options to treat chronic pain and provides therapies that help mitigate and manage pain without the use of medication. Her primary emphasis is Precision Neuromuscular Therapy (PNMT); however, she utilizes Myofascial Release, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, & Swedish technique in addition to PNMT. Jamey also enjoys teaching Infant Massage to mothers as a way to help reduce colic symptoms and promote sleep.
Jamey attends Crossway Community Church in Bristol, WI. She enjoys spending time with her family and loves to travel. She has visited Europe, Trinidad, Canada and many states, including Alaska and Hawaii and hopes to make this list MUCH longer! She also loves to spend time camping in the great outdoors, and as hobbies, she likes to refinish furniture and pursue music.
