A Personal Message from Our Specialist Dr. Jeanette De Witt
Dear Foot and Ankle Pain Victim,
Whether you’ve come looking for a better way to end annoying or even EXCRUCIATING foot and ankle pain, or you’re just looking for NEW ways to exercise and keep active that will NOT make your foot and ankle problems any worse, then this could be a life-changing message.
Know this…Foot and ankle pain often starts as a tolerable but irritating, twinge and can quickly turn into a stabbing icepick-like pain that causes you to limp or cringe at every step. If left untreated, masked with painkillers, or an ankle support is worn for ANY significant length of time, it’s not uncommon for foot and ankle pain to grow steadily WORSE over months and years until WALKING itself becomes difficult and distressing.
And guess what happens, when you start walking differently because the pain is unbearable?
You guessed it – other parts of your body like your knee, your hip, or your back start hurting too.
Why does this happen?
Because your foot is the first part of your body that hits the ground when you walk. If your foot is painful and you start walking awkwardly, then your foot and ankle cannot absorb the forces it is supposed to take care of and the rest of your body starts to feel those forces instead.
Maybe you have the type of annoying foot and ankle pain that “aches” all day or feels stiff after sitting for a meal, or feels “sharp” when you get out of bed in the morning. Or, maybe it’s the type of pain that feels like “pressure” and your foot and ankle keeps swelling -especially after increased activity or at the end of the day. Is it the type of foot and ankle pain that causes you to reach for the pain meds or the over-the-counter pills and wonder if you will ever be able to stop taking these things? Are you also wondering if you will have to live the rest of your life without experiencing the joy of moving the way you want to?
In the early stages, painkillers and anti-inflammatories given out by the primary care physician will offer some relief. But short-term fixes should NOT be confused with getting to the root cause of your foot and ankle problems and stopping or slowing down whatever has gone wrong in the first place - and doing it NATURALLY.
What most people don’t know, and many physicians are included in this, is that there ARE things that can be done that will let you exercise and keep active, and that CAN be achieved WITHOUT any foot and ankle pain, swelling or stiffness, or fear of making things worse at all. Painkillers, rest, and ankle supports are NOT the only option if you want to stop the daily “grind” of living with foot and ankle pain. Surgery or injections DON’T have to be either.
"I Know A Much Healthier Way Than That…"
I’ve been working daily since 1998 to help people aged 30+ find relief from acute AND chronic foot and ankle pain. Manual therapy techniques like Precision Neuromuscular Therapy, Massage, and Mobilizations combined with specific exercises that target the root cause of your foot and ankle pain are effective, safe, and natural ways to encourage your foot and ankle to heal.
Many people don’t know realize that physical therapy can often be more effective with reducing pain than pain medication. And, because they don’t know, I have become frustrated with the growing number of people suffering un-necessarily. Thus, I’ve written and published a 9-page report that details the 7 Tips to End Foot and Ankle Pain Without a Referral From a Doctor - things ANY person over 30 years old can do to relieve foot and ankle pain, NATURALLY… and I want you to have it at NO CHARGE.
Now, I don’t know if these 7 things will relieve your foot and ankle pain completely.
And, I can’t promise that what has worked for most of my patients and clients since 1998 will also work for you.
However, reading this report has to be better than spending another day “resting” or wearing an ankle support and thinking that your best days have passed you by. There is absolutely no reason you should accept or think that “it must be because I am getting older”. Neither should you feel obligated to mask your foot and ankle pain with pain pills and over-the-counter drugs that destroy your stomach AND don’t solve your foot and ankle problem.
If your foot and ankle pain is affecting your job, preventing you from being active, stopping you from participating in activities with your family, threatening your independence, or stealing your joy in life… then you really need to read this free report.
I want you to imagine how life would be in five years from now if you DON’T get a grip on your foot and ankle pain NOW. How will your foot and ankle pain affect your job? Your preservation of self-worth and your independence? Will you be a fun person to be with? Or, even live with? Ok, I know you are getting the picture…
