  • If you want to get stronger, move faster, and build muscle specific to your sport, then you can benefit from our strengthening programs that are fun and generate results! This is not a cookie-cutter program given to everyone. This is a program designed for YOU! YOU get what YOU need so YOU get where YOU want to go!
  • Do you feel tight? Do you feel like you just can’t get loose no matter how much you stretch? Our flexibility programs are fun, unique, and effective! What do we do that is different? Well, I could say that we do fancy things like Manual Active Isolated Stretching, Pin and Stretch Techniques, and teach Self-Stretches but that wouldn’t really give you the real picture. Our stretching programs are NOT passive – you will be working. You will be contracting your muscles, relaxing your muscles, and yes, stretching! We will be finding those painful and weak spots that are impeding your movement and we will be working together to help you move better so you can do what you want to do!
  • Are you “bonking” during practice and competition? Do you feel like you just can’t keep up? Our endurance programs will look at everything that can contribute to your “bonking” so you don’t “bonk” again. That means we will be chatting about nutrition, hydration, sleep, strength, your current workout routine, and much more! You will receive a step-by-step training plan that promotes both muscle workouts and muscle recovery so that you can stay in the game or on the course!
  • Are you a new exerciser, a never-before exerciser, or a seasoned exerciser but have plateaued in your fitness level? Are you afraid of getting hurt, want to stop getting hurt every time you exercise, or are you looking to take your fitness to the next level without getting hurt? We have Fitness Programs tailored specifically to your goals – weight loss, increase flexibility, increase strength, run your 1st 5k, improve your speed, and much more!) You will receive a step-by-step training plan that reduces risk of injury and maximizes results so that you reach your goals!

    • We will call you back ASAP so you can begin your recovery ASAP
    • We will gather information from you over the phone to screen the injury and try to determine whether we are the best option for your initial evaluation.
    • After determining that it is appropriate for you to be evaluated by us first, we will do our best to schedule your initial appointment within 12-36 hours.
